JBC to begin interviews for next chief justice with 2 most senior SC justices

MANILA, Philippines—The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) will start interviewing candidates for the position of chief justice on Oct. 22 (Thursday). The interviews will begin the two most senior incumbent Supreme Court (SC) justices – Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen and Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa.
