Bill filed establishing ecozone for Pax Silica ops, other critical industries

The House of Representatives has proposed establishing an Advanced Industries Zone in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, saying it will create jobs and attract investments, including those from the US-led Pax Silica initiative, which involves developing artificial intelligence (AID) systems, critical minerals, and more.
