Pagasa raises Signal No. 2 in Batanes

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) Signal No. 2 in Batanes as Super Typhoon Rosal continued to move closer to the country’s landmass. Meanwhile, Signal No. 1 was hoisted in Cagayan including the Babuyan Islands, the eastern part of
