Expanded SOVFAs with like-minded countries eyed
Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. yesterday raised the possibility of expanding the Philippines’ Status of Visiting Forces Agreements (SOVFAs) with like-minded countries to strengthen international peacekeeping cooperation and enhance military interoperability.
