Super Typhoon Champi maintains strength near Philippines
In its weather forecast on Tuesday, October 20, PAGASA said Champi is estimated to be 1,605 kilometers east of Central Luzon, with maximum sustained winds of 195 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts up to 240 kph.
