Ombudsman charges 6 DPWH personnel, 7 others over alleged GenSan right-of-way scam

The Office of the Ombudsman has filed malversation and graft charges before the Sandiganbayan against six Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region XII personnel over their alleged involvement in a P491.9-million road right-of-way scam in General Santos City.
