Edsa rehab phase 2 resuming Friday evening
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) advised motorists to take alternative routes as Phase 2 of the rehabilitation works along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) is scheduled to start Friday evening, Oct. 16.
