DBM vows to comply with court ruling
THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on Sunday said it will comply with the Supreme Court’s directives on the government’s 2026 unprogrammed appropriations (UA) as it remains committed to implementing the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) in accordance with the Constitution and applicable laws.
