Dr. Annemarie Pamela Torga

Dr. Torga is a General Adult Psychiatrist trained at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, and is a candidate for the Master of Clinical Science in Psychiatry as part of her advanced clinical training. Dr. Torga has training and experience in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Biological Psychiatry. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related stress, psychotic symptoms, neurodevelopmental conditions, personality-related concerns, and mind-body difficulties. Her clinical practice integrates evidence-based medication management and psychotherapeutic care, with the goal of providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where patients can work toward long-term emotional well-being and recovery.
