Dr. Antero III Realista

Dr. Realista is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive, family-centered care to children from infancy through adolescence. With broad experience in general pediatrics and additional training in Pediatric Pulmonology (eg. Asthma, Chronic Lung Disease, Tuberculosis), he brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to managing both routine and complex medical concerns. Dr. Realista values clear communication, continuity of care, and building strong partnerships with families. His goal is to support each child’s development and well-being through compassionate, individualized care.
