I am a medical doctor currently based in the province of Laguna. I cater to patients of all ages who want to seek consultation for 1) non-urgent medical conditions, 2) medical certificates, 3) fit-to-work consultation, 4) laboratory requests or interpretation, 5) prescription refills, or 6) mild/moderate COVID consultations. For emergency or urgent cases, I advice that patients head directly to the nearest medical facility. IMPORTANT NOTE: I personally do not accept requests for medical certificates that apply to symptoms that have already passed. I prefer seeing patients while symptoms are still present.
