About the Doctor

I am a licensed psychologist with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, which I earned magna cum laude from the University of Santo Tomas (UST). I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at the same institution, further enriching my knowledge and clinical expertise. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, psychological trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders. I also provide family therapy, couples therapy, and marriage counseling, supporting clients in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with integrative techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Reality Therapy. I focus on helping clients develop effective coping strategies, regulate emotions, and engage in cognitive and behavioral restructuring. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, offering a safe and supportive environment for healing. I am deeply committed to creating a collaborative, client-centered space where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
