Hi! I’m a licensed psychologist and psychometrician, and I’ve been working with individuals and communities through academic, clinical, and organizational settings. Since starting my journey as a psychometrician in 2015 and later as a psychologist in 2022, I’ve focused on offering non-medical mental health support that meets people where they are. My work also includes teaching and designing learning programs, where I enjoy creating meaningful experiences for students and professionals. Outside of counseling, I’ve been involved in training development, CPD program creation, and online learning facilitation. I’m currently continuing my doctoral studies in Industrial Psychology while staying active in professional organizations to keep my practice grounded and updated. Whether in sessions, classrooms, or training spaces, my goal is to create a space where personal growth, well-being, and learning feel supported and achievable.
