Provides face to face and online assessment, psychotherapy/counseling, and psycholegal services for a wide range of clinical concerns, including mood (depression and bipolar disorders) and trauma and anxiety-related disorders (Post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD, Complex PTSD, acute stress, panic attacks); Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) personality disorders (including borderline, narcissistic, antisocial and conduct-related presentations, etc. ); sexual concerns; attachment-related difficulties; anger management; burnout and stress; and challenges related to life transitions and relationships. Services also include psychological evaluation and neurodevelopmental assessment for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Intellectual Developmental Disorder, as well as psychoeducation, debriefing interventions, and support for suicide and self-harm risk. Works with professionals and working adults seeking structured, confidential, and goal-oriented mental health support for workplace stress, career concerns, leadership and management, and personal issues that impact their performance at work. Provides mental health certification for school admission, fit to work and resignation, internship, OJT-readiness, etc. Serves diverse clients from all walks of life, providing expert, evidence-based, compassionate, and transformative mental health support.
