Dr. Jake Sebastian

Jake Uy Sebastian is in the field of Ophthalmology, focusing on orbital, lacrimal and ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. Jake earned his medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in 2014. His journey led him to work as an intern at several specialty centers in the Philippines before pursuing specialization in Ophthalmology. In 2022, Jake landed in Hong Kong as an international clinical fellow in orbital and oculoplastic surgery at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Prince of Wales Hospital and Hong Kong Eye Hospital, diving into studies in thyroid eye disease, ocular oncology and ophthalmic reconstructive surgery. He attends to patients at Chong Hua Hospital and University of Cebu Medical Center, and has also been engaged in several volunteer surgical work in the Visayas.
