Dr. Balolong-Garcia is a Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) and Fellow of the Philippine Society of Medical Oncology (PSMO). She completed her medical education in University of Santo Tomas in 2011. She pursued her Internal Medicine residency and Medical Oncology fellowship in St. Luke's Medical Center, Quezon City.
