Dr. Joel Perez

Dr. Joel Perez is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist with over 10 years of experience in treating various retinal diseases and conditions. He has performed thousands of laser surgeries, injections and implants for patients with diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataracts and other disorders. He completed his medical education from the University of Santo Tomas in 2010 and his ophthalmology residency training from Makati Medical Center in 2015. He finished his clinical subspecialty training in Medical Retina from Singapore National Eye Centre in Singapore in 2019. Dr. Perez specializes in the monitoring and treatment of diabetic eye diseases, retinal vascular disorders, and age-related macular degeneration.
