Hi, I’m Alfie. I’m a psychologist and psychometrician with extensive experience in the healthcare field. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories. I offer psychological consultations, psychotherapy, and counseling, creating a space grounded in safety, care, respect, and collaboration. My approach is evidence-based, but always tailored to the individual in that treatments are thoughtfully designed around each client’s goals and needs. I meet clients wherever they currently find themselves, whether unsure about starting therapy or consultation, working through difficult situations and symptoms, or returning for occasional check-ins after reaching their therapeutic goals. Therapy moves at a pace that respects readiness, curiosity, and how change naturally unfolds.
