Dr. Johna Pauline Mandac-Crisostomo

Johna Mandac-Crisostomo, MD, MPH is a Board-Certified Family and Community Medicine Physician. She graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine INTARMED program, where she earned both her BS in Medical Sciences and her MD. She completed her Family and Community Medicine Residency from the Philippine General Hospital, where she was awarded as Outstanding Resident for Year 2023 and 2024. She is a 2024 Philippine Academy of Family Physicians Specialty Board Topnotcher, ranked #3 nationally. Dr. Mandac-Crisostomo provides competent and compassionate biopsychosocial care for patients of all ages. She also provides preventive and wellness care, including advice on screening tests and vaccinations, for individuals and families, and engages in multidisciplinary management with other specialties.
