Jouniella Ibarra

Elle is a licensed guidance counselor and professional teacher and is practicing her profession in the fields of crisis counseling, mental health coaching and clinical psychology. Elle works with adults as a wellness counselor through Employee Assistance Program and individuals of all ages through positive behavior support. Elle has a heartfelt dedication for a holistic and humanistic approach to psychological care and strongly believes in individuals' capacity to reach their full potential. She believes that understanding the person as a whole is important when delivering quality psychological care to establish positive relationship which could make a significant difference. Elle's passion to share her craft to others brought her to various volunteer works where she shared her knowledge mainly on mental health and psychology. Lastly, Elle is a volunteer mental health responder where she conducts psychological first aid to individuals of all ages.
