Dr. Joy Fontanilla

Dr. Joy practices adult endocrinology which includes seeing adult patients with G.O.O.D. problems (Goiter or thyroid disorders, Obesity, Osteoporosis and Diabetes) and other hormone disorders. Her clinical and research interests are diabetes, weight management, nutrition support, cholesterol disorders and hypertension. She is an active consultant at the St. Luke's Medical Center-Global City and heads the Center for Weight Intervention & Nutrition Services (WINS). She is also the Section Chief of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at Asian Hospital & Medical Center. She has been certified by both the American and Philippine specialty boards and ranked in the top 10% of the U.S. Diplomate Board exams in Internal Medicine as well as in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
