Dr. Kristine Joyce Plazo

Dr. Plazo is a board-certified General and Breast Surgeon and a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. After completing her residency training in General Surgery at Bulacan Medical Center, she began her surgical practice in 2016. She has extensive experience in a wide range of surgical procedures. Her practice includes thyroid surgery, colorectal surgery, gallstone surgery, general cancer surgery, and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. With a strong commitment to advancing breast cancer care, she pursued subspecialty training in Breast Surgery in De La Salle Univerirty Medical Center and Asian Breast Center, with a focus on Oncoplastic Breast Surgery and Breast Surgical Oncology. Dr. Plazo is a Fellow of the Philippine College of Surgeons, the Philippine Society of General Surgeons, and the Philippine Society of Breast Surgeons. She continues to provide comprehensive, patient-centered, evidence-based surgical care with particular expertise in the management of breast diseases.
