Lourdes Monserrat Cruz

I am a registered Guidance Counselor with a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Prior to licensure, I had experience working with different age groups, ranging from young children to seniors. I currently serve as a volunteer counselor and workshop assistant at a wholeness and reintegration center. Using a holistic approach, my priority is to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for my clients while accompanying them on a journey of self-exploration. I strive to help them grow toward achieving personal goals and strengthening their capacity to cope with everyday life challenges.
