Dr. Maria Angela Abesamis

Dr. Maria Angela de Castro-Abesamis is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist, certified by the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and the Philippine Society for Reproductive Medicine. Her expertise lies in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Beyond comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological services, she excels in subspecialty care, offering basic infertility treatments such as intrauterine insemination, as well as advanced reproductive technology (in vitro fertilization or IVF) and fertility preservation (social egg freezing, oocyte cryopreservation for some cancer conditions). Additionally, her practice encompasses the management of various conditions like treatment of abnormal bleeding and menstrual problems/irregularities, treatment of endometriosis, adenomyosis, dysmenorrhea, endometrial polyps, fibroids/myoma, management of menopause, treatment of female endocrine disorders (PCOS, hyperprolactinemia/prolctin adenomas, disorders of sexual development, etc.), and management of congenital anomalies of the female reproductive tract.
