I am a Licensed Counselor, Licensed Psychometrician, and Certified Solution-Focused Practitioner with a Master of Arts in Counseling from De La Salle University - Manila. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, career challenges, and life transitions. In my practice, I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral approaches, and trauma-informed care. We will work on building your strengths, exploring new perspectives, and taking meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
