Dr. Valero holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology (magna cum laude) and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology (cum laude), both from UST. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking and hospitality industries, blending operational excellence with a deep understanding of people and behavior. She is also the Founder of MindBlends by 4Ts Psychological Services, a mental health organization offering therapy, assessments, wellness training, and digital support. MindBlends promotes accessible, stigma-free, and culturally relevant psychological care across workplaces, schools, and communities.
