He earned his medical degree from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas (UST) and pursued specialty training in Internal Medicine at Cardinal Santos Medical Center (CSMC)—one of the country’s leading institutions. During his time at CSMC, he managed a broad spectrum of adult diseases, from routine cases to urgent and life-threatening conditions. Further advancing his expertise, Dr. Ong completed his fellowship training in Gastroenterology at St. Luke's Medical Center - Quezon City, where he honed his skills in diagnosing and treating disorders of the liver, pancreas, stomach, intestines, and colon.
