Dr. Rafael Henry Legaspi

Dr. Rafael Henry E. Legaspi obtained his biology and medical degrees at the Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan in Cagayan de Oro City. Afterwards, he completed his post-graduate clinical internship at the Philippine General Hospital and passed the Physician Licensure Examination in 2016. He completed his residency in General Adult Psychiatry at the Philippine General Hospital in 2021 and graduated from the same institution in 2023 as pioneer fellow of the Division of Addiction and Recovery Medicine, a transdisciplinary program which is the first of its kind in the country. He is currently the Training Officer of the UP-PGH Division of Addiction Medicine and Recovery Medicine, and Affiliate Consultant of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital. He practices in Manila and Makati, and is a Diplomate of the Philippine Psychiatric Association, Board Secretary of the Philippine Academy of Addiction and Recovery Medicine (PAARM) Inc., Assistant Secretary of the Philippine Addiction Specialists Society (PASS) Inc., Public Relations Officer of the World Association for Dynamic Psychiatry - Philippines (WADP-P), and member of the Manila Medical Society.
