Tim Canega is a registered psychologist specializing in clinical psychology with a dedicated focus on building client self-awareness and navigating complex psychological challenges. He holds a Master of Arts in Psychology (Major in Clinical Psychology) and is a licensed psychologist. Using a compassionate, evidence-based approach, he supports clients dealing with concerns ranging from workplace, family, and relationship stress to various mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, and personality disorders. His clinical experience includes consultant roles at MALD Mental Health Services and Childfam Possibilities Psychosocial Services. He provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults using different modalities. He is also highly skilled in psychological assessment, conducting comprehensive testing batteries for diagnostic, treatment planning, and pre-employment purposes.
