Dr. Vanessa Carpio

Dr. Vanessa Carpio is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines, Manila with a degree in Public Health. She then got her Doctor of Medicine degree at University of the Philippines, College of Medicine, and finished her IM-Dermatology residency training at the national university hospital of the Philippines, the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital. She then completed her international fellowship training in Photomedicine at the Division of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She treats skin, hair and nail conditions of both adults and children. She also subspecializes in Phototherapy, using ultraviolet light in treating inflammatory skin conditions like Psoriasis, Atopic Dermatitis, Eczemas, Vitiligo, Cutaneous Lymphoma, Pityriasis rosea, generalized itchiness, post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, among others.
